Worker Safety & Responsible Harvesting Practices
Citrison has implemented procedures to support seasonal and migrant workers, including regulated housing arrangements, health and safety monitoring, PPE provision, and adjusted harvesting schedules to reduce heat exposure linked to climate change.
Certified Organic Production & Compliance
The company holds NOP USDA certification through OTCO and maintains active monitoring systems through dedicated certification and compliance staff who regularly visit farms to ensure adherence to food safety, organic, ethics, and labour standards.
